Travel Physical Therapist Opportunity

Minimum Requirements:

• PT degree (Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral) from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Pennsylvania Physical Therapist license required at the start of your assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Home health experience preferred.

Role Responsibilities:

• Function as the primary PT for the agency.
• Complete SOCs, evaluations, reassessments, and discharges.
• Establish Plans of Care and supervise a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA).
• Manage a caseload independently and perform daily patient outreach and scheduling.

Experience:

• Familiarity with electronic documentation systems is desirable.
• Knowledge of HCHB and OASIS is preferred.

This position requires travel within York County and western Adams County for patient visits. A valid driver's license is necessary, along with the ability to document mileage between visits (mileage reimbursement will be provided per client policy).

Assignment Details:

• Facility Type: Home Health
• Shift: Days (Monday through Friday)
• Shift Hours: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM (client indicates 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM for scheduling)
• Weekly Hours: Typically 32-40 hours per week; client guarantees 32-40 hours
• Weekend/On-call Requirement: None
