Technical Lead ( IOS & Android)

Tech Lead: Responsible to drive reliability, observability, and operational excellence for mobile (iOS & Android) applications. This role will lead a cross-functional team, define technical strategies, and ensure robust monitoring and incident management practices.

Lead design and implementation of monitoring, alerting, and reliability frameworks for native Android (Kotlin/Java) and iOS (Swift/Objective-C) apps.
Define SLIs/SLOs for mobile and web platforms.
Oversee proactive monitoring scripts and dashboards for application health.
Guide RCA processes and ensure preventive measures are implemented.
Collaborate with development, QA, and DevOps teams to embed reliability into SDLC.
Mentor team members and ensure knowledge sharing through documentation and KBs.
Drive DevOps maturity assessment and roadmap execution.
