Shift Leader Qualifications:
  • Some high school education required
  • Experience in operations preferred

Note: Local food safety requirements, such as Food Handler certification, will be needed, at the applicant's expense.

Physical Requirements:

This role involves working in kitchens that can be hot and noisy. Employees are expected to stand for long periods, prepare hot and cold foods, and may lift up to 50 lbs. Adaptability, effective communication skills, and the ability to manage conflicts are essential in this fast-paced environment.
