  • Connecting our strategic customers with OCI's powerful solutions.

  • Understanding customer needs thoroughly and aligning them with OCI's product offerings.

  • Facilitating communication between product teams, engineering, marketing, and sales.

  • Identifying customer challenges and cloud adoption strategies, and proposing effective solutions.

  • Gathering insights from reference customers to shape product features and offerings.

  • Implementing programs and analytics to evaluate success and areas for improvement.

  • Leading the overall product marketing strategy, vision, roadmap, and execution across multiple teams.

  • Creating impactful messaging, marketing materials, and GTM strategies that resonate with our audience.

  • Driving product innovations, particularly for our Generative AI and GPU offerings.

  • Collaborating with technical teams to validate and refine product features.

  • Crafting customer reference programs, sales content, and technical documentation.

  • Presenting insights regularly to Oracle’s executive leadership and high-profile customers.

  • Engaging strategically with field teams to expand our international presence and retain key customers.

Responsibilities

What you will do:

  • Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies for OCI Compute (both CPU and GPU) that align with senior leadership goals and fuel long-term success in the market.

  • Work closely with OCI and partner executives to communicate a clear vision, creating strategic narratives and comprehensive roadmaps.

  • Lead cross-functional teams to launch and scale cutting-edge products, ensuring maximum customer adoption and business impact.

  • Create compelling marketing materials, including executive presentations, technical briefs, and success stories that highlight OCI's capabilities.

  • Utilize deep technical expertise alongside market insights to stay ahead of trends, guiding product direction, and educating stakeholders on our competitive advantages.

  • Equip sales and partner teams with targeted enablement resources that enhance OCI's Compute adoption and facilitate successful deal closures.

  • Measure, analyze, and report on campaign results to senior leadership, leveraging insights for continuous improvement.

Preferred Qualifications

  • At least 10 years of experience in product marketing, product management, or strategy roles within a leading cloud provider or fast-growth tech company; experience in startups is a plus.

  • In-depth understanding of cloud infrastructure, including CPU, GPU, and networking technologies.

  • Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to influence across teams.

  • Track record of executing successful go-to-market strategies for cloud services and partner solutions.

  • Experience collaborating with sales, cloud partners, and technical audiences.

Compensation Range:

Hiring Range in USD from: $118,700 to $251,600 per annum. Includes potential for bonuses, equity, and compensation deferral.
