KPMG is excited to seek a Product Manager to join our Audit Technology Alliance organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive the development and implementation of cutting-edge generative AI solutions designed to enhance audit efficiency, optimize data analysis, and improve risk assessment, all while ensuring these solutions provide significant business value.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements, explore new AI capabilities, and oversee the successful execution of proof-of-concept projects.
  • Ensure that our product strategy aligns with implementation by closely working with Product Owners, Portfolio Managers, and Architects to deliver meaningful outcomes.
  • Develop comprehensive business requirements in alignment with the product roadmap and strategy, coordinating closely with Audit subject matter experts, Product Owners, and Portfolio Owners.
  • Support the establishment and implementation of quality control standards in line with KPMG's quality assurance protocols for AI solutions used in the audit process; work with testing teams to assure solution quality.
  • Monitor usage and impact of AI solutions on the audit process, solicit user feedback for future development, and remain informed on current and emerging trends in generative AI.
Qualifications:
  • A minimum of three years of recent experience delivering audit engagements in a client-facing role.
  • A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university is preferred; CPA qualification is a plus.
  • Proficiency in developing enabling solutions using technologies such as Alteryx, PowerBI, Excel VBA, and Python.
  • Experience in designing and developing products and services for the professional or financial services industry; familiarity with Jira or other SDLC tools is essential.
  • A strong understanding of generative AI solutions and demonstrated practical experience.
  • Exhibit excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills; possess strong analytical and quantitative writing abilities and critical thinking skills, with a keen eye for detail. Capable of conveying technical concepts to diverse stakeholders; able to work independently and collaboratively across various organizational levels.
