RPA Engineer

Role: RPA Engineer

Responsibilities:

Design and develop robotic process automation solutions using industry[1]leading RPA tools such as UiPath and Microsoft Power Automate.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and understand automation opportunities.
Analyze existing processes, systems, and workflows to identify areas for automation and process improvement.
Develop and implement RPA solutions to automate repetitive tasks and streamline business processes.
Configure, test, and deploy software robots (bots) in accordance with business requirements using tools like UiPath and Power Automate.
Monitor and maintain the performance of deployed bots, troubleshoot issues, and provide timely resolution.
Conduct comprehensive testing and quality assurance of RPA solutions to ensure accuracy and reliability.
Stay updated with the latest advancements in RPA technologies and tools, such as UiPath and Power Automate, and recommend process automation improvements based on industry best practices.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Solid understanding of Robotic Process Automation concepts and methodologies.
Experience in designing, developing, and implementing RPA solutions in enterprise environments.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex processes and identify automation opportunities.
Excellent programming skills, preferably with experience in languages like C# and Python.
Proficiency in using industry-leading RPA tools, such as UiPath and Power Automate.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
