Retail Sales Representative

What You'll Do:

• Engage with customers on the showroom floor to assist with their needs
• Process customer payments efficiently
• Collaborate with the Sales Manager to direct customer inquiries and opportunities
• Keep the customer transaction area organized and professional
• Help maintain the showroom's appearance through cleaning and organizing merchandise
• Participate in mailing campaigns to boost revenue and support sales initiatives
• Input and update customer information for leasing agreements
• Handle incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate team members
• Aim to surpass daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Process order forms and manage references effectively
• Organize and maintain customer files
• Fulfill any additional reasonable tasks assigned by management

What We're Looking For:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to work a flexible schedule between 8 am and 9 pm
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, both verbal and interpersonal
• High energy level, competent in multitasking, and capable of lifting up to 50 lbs independently and 300 lbs with assistance
• General product knowledge is a plus
• Maintaining a professional appearance is essential
• Proficient in computer skills and telephone manners
• Strong sales abilities in-person and over the phone
