Waldorf Astoria is seeking a dedicated Part-Time Host/Hostess to join our elite Food and Beverage Team at Brassica, located within our stunning property in Atlanta.
Brassica is a distinguished dining destination, artfully blending classic French Brasserie cuisine with vibrant Southern influences. We pride ourselves on utilizing locally sourced ingredients and aim to provide an unforgettable experience for our hotel guests, Buckhead residents, and visitors alike.
What you'll be doing:
- Warmly welcome guests and assess their dining preferences.
- Efficiently seat guests while managing the seating chart.
- Observe restaurant activity to facilitate smooth dining flow.
- Complete opening and closing duties as necessary.
- Assist team members with side work including cleaning, stocking, and silverware folding.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of the menu.
- Respond promptly and courteously to guest inquiries and requests.
- Collaborate with colleagues and support other departments to uphold positive work relationships.
