Job Description - Create Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess patients' needs and formulate personalized therapy strategies to help them reach their functional aspirations
- Implement Effective Interventions: Apply evidence-based techniques to enhance clients' motor skills, cognitive abilities, and daily life tasks
- Collaborate with a Multidisciplinary Team: Work alongside OTs, PTs, SLPs, doctors, and nurses to provide comprehensive care that addresses all aspects of patient health
- Educate Patients and Their Families: Provide training for patients and caregivers on therapeutic methods that support ongoing improvement
- Monitor Progress and Outcomes: Document clinical results and make necessary adjustments to ensure patients remain on track
Education - Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Ongoing education and post-graduate certifications encouraged and supported
Certifications - Valid Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
- NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification required
