Miami, FL (Onsite)
8:30 AM- 5:30 PM

3 months Contract (Temp to perm)

Responsibilities

  • Supervise site operations and serve as the primary point of contact for customers, including executive-level legal staff.
  • Handle highly confidential, time-sensitive legal documents; ensure quality, accuracy, and compliance with deadlines.
  • Perform document specialist/operations tasks, including scheduling equipment, labor, and supplies for offsite trials.
  • Provide training on workflow and machine operations as needed.
  • Ensure payroll accuracy by overseeing and correcting time clock punches.
  • Maintain efficient workflow, holding staff accountable for productivity, quality, and deadlines.
  • Facilitate resolution of pricing, orders-in, and invoicing issues.
  • Complete site reports, month-end management reports, and support financial processes (P&L, profit and loss, cost control).
  • Implement and manage RICOH Service Excellence methodology.
  • Understand legal firm processes including charge-back systems, closing binders, depositions, and court system procedures.
  • Achieve shift profitability by effectively supervising labor, materials, and supplies.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a related field; 2+ years in the legal industry strongly preferred.
  • Experience supervising staff, setting goals, and delivering training.
  • Experience operating advanced office equipment and performing complex jobs.
  • Strong organizational, technical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Familiarity with charge-back systems (Copitrak, Equitrak).
  • Ability to manage sensitive documents accurately under tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of legal processes and law firm hierarchy.
  • Ability to remain updated on current technology and trends.
