' 6- 8 years of very strong Development experience
Programming Skills: Strong proficiency in Java programming language and its associated frameworks (Spring, Hibernate, etc.).
Database Knowledge: Experience working with databases (SQL and/or NoSQL) and writing efficient database queries.
Web Technologies: Familiarity with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and web frameworks (e.g., Spring Boot).
Version Control: Proficiency with version control systems, typically Git.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to debug and resolve software defects.
Team Collaboration: Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams.
Agile Methodologies: Understanding of Agile development methodologies and practices.
Testing Frameworks: Familiarity with testing frameworks and practices, such as JUnit and TestNG.
Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD): Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and their importance in the development process.
Adaptability: Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing technologies and project requirements.
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.(Anyone)
Knowledge of front-end technologies for full-stack development.
Familiarity with design patterns and software architecture concepts.
