Full-Time Houseparents - Relocation Required

We are looking for dedicated married couples to serve as flex houseparents, who will live in on-campus student homes and nurture a group of approximately 8-12 students. As flex houseparents, you will create a supportive family environment, managing responsibilities such as transportation, medication administration, budgeting, and reporting. Initially, you will gain experience in various homes before being assigned to a permanent location.

• Competitive salary of $43,825 per person, leading to a total compensation package of approximately $165,000 per couple, including free housing, on-duty meals, utilities, and more.

Qualifications:

• Experience working or volunteering with youth, especially from under-served backgrounds.
• Both spouses must be legally married for at least two years.
• Applicants should be aged 27 or older.
• Maximum of three dependent children may reside in the student home.
• Must adhere to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus, with no alcohol permitted while on duty.
• Pet restrictions apply: only fish and one dog of approved breeds are allowed.
• A valid U.S. driver's license is required, and you must be able to drive student home vans.
• Comfort in guiding students in daily devotions and attending Judeo-Christian chapel services is necessary (proselytizing is not allowed).
• A high school diploma or GED is required.
• Must be physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Demonstrated integrity is essential, as all staff serve as role models for students.
• Both spouses must complete individual employment applications.
