ROLE

As a Food Preparation Specialist at Wingstop, your primary responsibility will be to create delicious, high-quality meals that maintain our signature flavor consistency. This vital role ensures compliance with our standards in all operational areas, including food preparation and maintaining the superb quality of our products and services. You'll also practice essential personal hygiene and sanitation procedures to guarantee a safe dining experience for every customer.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide each guest with an unforgettable Wingstop experience.
• Practice safe cooking procedures at all times.
• Efficiently read and understand order tickets.
• Season, sauce, and package all orders according to Wingstop standards.
• Regularly filter and freshen fryer shortening while adhering to safety protocols and using the appropriate safety equipment.
• Follow directions from Managers or Supervisors diligently.
• Understand and uphold excellent hygiene and food handling practices.
