Embassy Breakfast Attendant

Job Details Job Location: Chattanooga, TN 37402 Salary Range: $13.00 - $16.00 Hourly Job Shift: Day We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Breakfast Attendant to join our team. In this role, you will prepare breakfast bar for hotel guests while greeting and servicing them in a friendly manner consistent with brand and/or hotel and sustainability standards. Responsibilities Ensures breakfast items are stocked and available to guests during breakfast hours according to company standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area, including bussing tables and cleaning surfaces. Greets guests and accommodates special requests as needed. Ensure all food items are stocked and presented attractively for guests. Ensures countertops and machines are clean and tidy at all times. Follow health and safety regulations in food handling and preparation. Assist in managing inventory levels of breakfast supplies. Assists in maintaining cleanliness of public areas. Clean and polish counters, shelves, walls, furniture, or equipment in pantry or breakfast area and mop or vacuum floors. Be aware of guest satisfaction scores and work toward increasing departmental and overall guest satisfaction. Prepping for banquets and events for the hotel. Qualifications Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred. Familiarity with food preparation techniques and safety standards.
