Pay Range: $20-$30 per hour (DOE)
Type: Direct Hire or Temp-to-Hire

Overview

Our client is expanding and seeking skilled Electronic Assemblers to support their growing production team. This role involves hands?on assembly, soldering, and testing of electronic components used in high?precision applications. Candidates must be detail?oriented, comfortable working with small parts, and able to follow technical instructions accurately.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assemble electronic components, circuit boards, and wiring according to schematics, diagrams, and written instructions
  • Perform soldering work including surface?mount, through?hole, and hand?soldering techniques
  • Inspect and test assembled units to ensure they meet quality and performance standards
  • Operate hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment safely and efficiently
  • Document completed work, production counts, and any discrepancies
  • Follow ESD procedures and all safety guidelines
  • Work closely with quality and engineering teams to resolve assembly issues
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Support additional production tasks as needed
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical training is a plus
  • Prior experience in electronic assembly required; aerospace or precision manufacturing experience preferred
  • Strong soldering skills and ability to read technical diagrams
  • Familiarity with IPC?A?610 or J?STD?001 standards is beneficial
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Ability to meet production deadlines in a fast?paced environment
Skills & Abilities
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in English
  • Strong understanding of soldering processes and assembly techniques
  • Good organizational and time?management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
