Description - Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients in either an inpatient or outpatient capacity and create customized treatment plans for each individual

Education - A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or an equivalent degree from a recognized program
Certifications - Must be licensed as a Physical Therapist in the state
- CPR certification is preferred
