Education Requirements - A Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent healthcare-related qualification alongside preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.
Certification Requirements - ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) to be obtained within the first year of employment.
