- Assist in specimen collection and prepare samples for analysis as necessary.
- Maintain meticulous documentation of all procedures, guide new staff or students, and uphold the highest standards of lab quality.
- Ensure a safe and organized work space while strictly following regulatory and accreditation mandates.
Education - Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or another relevant allied health degree; ASCP/AMT certification preparation is a plus.
Certifications - ASCP or AMT Board Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) should be achieved within one year of employment.
