- Assist with specimen collection and properly prepare samples for testing when necessary.
- Keep accurate records of all laboratory processes, mentor new personnel or students, and maintain high quality standards in the laboratory.
- Ensure a safe and orderly work environment while complying with regulatory standards.
Educational Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or a comparable allied health qualification along with ASCP/AMT certification preparation.
Required Certifications - Achieve ASCP or AMT Board Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within one year of joining.
