Job Description

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement Restful APIs using Java and related technologies.
Utilize tools like Splunk, Swagger, Postman, and Assertible for API development and testing purposes.
Write, configure, and maintain API proxies on Apigee (OPDK)
Monitor, troubleshoot, and debug issues on API Gateway platforms.
Strong understanding on security model, oath concepts.
Collaborate with architects and development teams to ensure API solutions align with business requirements and best practice.

Qualification

5-8 years of overall professional experience in software development
Minimum 3 years of experience specifically in designing and developing APIs using Java
Proven experience in designing well-defined Restful APIs
Proficiency in API tools such as Splunk, Swagger, Postman, and Assertible
Hands-on experience in writing API proxies on Apigee platform
Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to debug issues on Apigee Gateway
Experience in performance tuning and optimization of APIs is a plus.
